Plot size alone is not enough to price a home accurately. Covered area, number of floors, site conditions, structural design, service requirements and finish specifications all affect the scope. We identify the information available and the assumptions still needing confirmation.
An itemised estimate can distinguish materials, labour and work packages. Bricks, reinforcement steel, concrete, plumbing, wiring, sanitary fittings and finishes should be specified clearly enough to compare proposals fairly.
Budget allowances, committed purchases, invoices and payments answer different questions. Your project records help the team review costs against the agreed scope and identify where a material or design decision changes the budget.
Material rates and availability can change. An estimate needs a preparation date, a validity period and clear exclusions. Authority charges, utility connections, specialist work and contingency allowances should be discussed rather than silently assumed.

A reliable proposal requires more detail than the plot size. Share the covered area or drawings, specification and project stage so the scope can be assessed.
We do not publish unverified live prices. A project estimate should use dated supplier quotations and the specification appropriate to your work.
