High winds had subsided by 3 p.m. and are not forecast for Friday.

The 小蝌蚪APP will continue to closely monitor conditions and weather forecasts. Should any changes be warranted, or in the event of an immediate weather condition, the 小蝌蚪APP小蝌蚪APP檚 Emergency Notification System will be activated.
