Interim Provost Dr. Carolyn Bruder has been honored with the 小蝌蚪APP小蝌蚪APP檚 first Dean McPhaul Service to Students Award.
She received the honor during the Ragin小蝌蚪APP Recognition Awards ceremony on Wednesday, April 17, at Angelle Hall.
The award is named in honor of the late Dean Mary Olive McPhaul, who passed away in January. It was created based on a recommendation of the Student Leadership Council.

Bruder began her career at 小蝌蚪APP in the 1970s as an English instructor. She later became head of the Department of English. Today, she is also vice president of Academic Affairs.
